LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PLR AND MRR PRODUCTS

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and resell the PLR and/or MRR product(s) listed in the purchase agreement under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

Licensee may:

- Resell the Products as-is, with no modification (for MRR Products).
